Terms of Use (EULA)
These Terms of Use are the End User License Agreement (EULA) for Abonely. By downloading, accessing, or using Abonely, you agree to these terms.
1. App Identity

2. Description of Service
Abonely is a personal subscription tracking application. It helps you record recurring subscriptions, calculate upcoming payments, receive reminders, review spending analytics, and use widgets. Subscription data is stored on your device. Abonely does not provide cloud storage for your subscription records, does not pay bills on your behalf, and is not affiliated with the third-party subscription services you track.
3. Free Use and Abonely Pro
A subscription is not required to use the basic app. Abonely Pro is optional and may unlock premium features such as unlimited subscriptions, advanced analytics, widgets, family profiles, biometric lock, export tools, and other premium features shown in the app.
4. Subscription Offer Terms
Abonely may offer auto-renewable monthly and annual Abonely Pro subscriptions. The in-app purchase screen shows the subscription name, included premium features, subscription duration, localized price, and billing period before purchase. Prices may vary by country or region and are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before you confirm payment.
5. Automatic Renewal
Monthly and annual Abonely Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID or Google Play account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial or introductory offer is provided, the app or store purchase sheet will show the trial length and the price that applies after the trial ends.
6. Managing, Canceling, and Restoring
You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your store account settings. Apple subscriptions: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Google Play subscriptions: https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription. If you reinstall the app or change devices, use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account used for purchase.
7. Refunds
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies and applicable law. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless the store policy or applicable law provides otherwise.
8. Lifetime Purchase
If offered, Abonely Pro Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It does not renew automatically. Lifetime access applies to premium features offered by Abonely for the supported app while the product remains available and technically supported.
9. User Data and Privacy
Subscription data you enter belongs to you and is stored on your device. Abonely does not request bank credentials or payment card numbers. See the Privacy Policy for details: https://abonely.com/privacy
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the app for unlawful activity.
11. Disclaimer
Abonely is provided as is without warranties of any kind. Payment dates, currency conversions, analytics, and reminders are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or delayed. You remain responsible for managing your real subscriptions and payments.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abonely and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Significant changes may be communicated in the app or on this website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
