Terms of Service

By downloading or using Abonely, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Abonely ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Abonely is a personal subscription tracking application. It helps you manage, monitor, and analyze your recurring subscriptions. The App does not make payments on your behalf and is not affiliated with any subscription service.

3. User Accounts

You may use the App without an account. Creating an account enables cloud sync across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional premium features through in-app purchases ("Abonely Pro"). All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled by the respective store platform.

5. User Data

Subscription data you enter is yours. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes. Data is stored locally on your device and, if you use cloud sync, on Supabase servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of Abonely are the property of the developer. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Exchange rates are provided for informational purposes and may not be accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
