Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data Abonely collects, how it is used, and your rights.
Information We Collect
We collect: • Subscription data you manually enter (name, amount, date, category) • App preferences (currency, theme, language, notification settings) • Account email address (only if you create an account) • Anonymised crash reports (via Sentry, if enabled) We do not collect financial credentials, payment card numbers, or browsing history.
How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely to provide the App's functionality: • Display and manage your subscriptions • Calculate spending summaries and analytics • Send payment reminder notifications • Sync your data across devices (if signed in) We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Data Storage & Security
Subscription data is stored primarily on your device using WatermelonDB (offline-first). If you enable cloud sync, data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and stored on Supabase infrastructure (PostgreSQL). Supabase enforces row-level security so only you can access your data.
Third-Party Services
Abonely integrates with: • Supabase (cloud sync) — supabase.com/privacy • RevenueCat (in-app purchases) — revenuecat.com/privacy • Sentry (crash reporting, optional) — sentry.io/privacy • Frankfurter & fawazahmed0 CDN (exchange rates, anonymous requests)
Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained as long as you use the App. You can delete all local data from Settings → Clear Data. Deleting your account permanently removes all cloud data from Supabase.
Your Rights
You have the right to: • Access the data we hold about you • Correct inaccurate data • Request deletion of your data • Export your data To exercise these rights, contact us at support@abonely.com
Children's Privacy
Abonely is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
